Oxidizing emulsion in a cream treatment for applying oxidation products. Its formula is designed to achieve smoother and foamier mixtures that are perfectly emulsified and easily penetrate the hair. It contains stabilizers that ensure the preservation of all its properties.
Personal Oxidizer 40 vol. 12% is used to apply high lift tones or to lift up to 4 to 5 shades. Not recommended for fine or very damaged hair. How to use: mix with Personal dye in a non-metallic container and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Personal Oxidizer is enriched with hydrolyzed keratin and argan oil, which strengthen the hair fiber and prevent it from aging.
