Cyber Color takes care of hair while acting thanks to its active agents, which nourish and moisturize. Pastel tones are created combining with Cyber White Mixing Base.
Bleach the area where the colour is to be applied. Wash it to remove the bleach, towel-dry and apply Cyber Color. Leave it to work for 15 to 25 minutes and rinse with plenty of water. Valid to enhance or refine tones.
